Well, first off I am not a fan of entering contests where it becomes about ‘Likes and Repins’ in order to compete in a challenge. I didn’t realize that was the process, but I entered and I will follow through with my recipe entry. It seems more like generating traffic on sites, and creating a buzz, but they are picking 10 semi finalists to be judged by a panel.
If you would like to “like” my recipe and then repin it on Pinterest…that would be great! My recipe is posted below…so you know which one it is! 🙂

Thanks Deborah…there has been some problems with the “pins” etc on Pinterest, people complaining about fairness of the competition. I really don’t care one way or the other, I was just going to drop mine, but what have I got to lose..so I will just leave it up. Nothing venture…nothing gained! Right…
Sorry to hear about having to change on Pinterest. I really don’t use it…and just grap a handful of basil at a time…and just chop away. It doesn’t need to be pretty! lol…just toss it in 🙂
