Rosemary & Garlic Jumbo Shrimp


6- 8 Jumbo Colossal Freshwater Shrimp, uncooked
2-4 tbsp virgin olive oil
1-2 sprigs of rosemary finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
1/2 fresh lemon, sliced


** (if time permits you can marinate the shrimp with oil and herbs )

In a skillet add virgin oil, heat and add the shrimp. Cook for a few minutes till they turn colour. Add the garlic and rosemary and squeeze fresh lemon on top. Add more oil if desired and cook till shrimp is done. ( Stand the shrimp to cook thoroughly.)

A wonderful tasty appetizer or shrimp can be served with the entree. Garnish with lemon and horseradish dipping sauce. ( You can also use any sauces of choice).
