Nothing starts off the beginning to a great summer better than a great tasting burger. You can dress them up or down, just depending on your mood!
2 Extra thick lean hamburger patties
2 Italian style Crustini Hamburger buns
2 mozzerolla cheese slices
4 slices bacon, cooked
4 large mushrooms, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/4 tsp steak spice
2 tblsp barbecue sauce
Season hamburgers with the spice. Barbecue till medium rare ( barbecue sauce is optional ). Cook the bacon and set aside. Saute sliced onions and mushrooms. When burgers are done, add mozza till melted.
Toast the buns, and add the burger, then top with bacon, mushrooms and onions. Garnish the other side of the bun with the tomato, lettuce and condiments as desired.
Serve with potato chips or home french fried potatoes if desired.
