6 Squares Baker’s Bittersweet Chocolate
6 Squares Baker’s White Chocolate
1 cup white toasted or blanched almonds
In microwavable bowl, heat chocolate until smooth. Remove and repeat with white chocolate.
Add 1/2 cup of the almonds to the chocolate and 1/2 to the white chocolate.
Spoon onto wax paper or parchment paper lined on a cookie sheet and using a knife draw into the white and chocolate giving it that marbled effect.
Add the 1/2 of the cup of almonds to both the white and chocolate bowls.
Swirl around with the tip of the knife to get that marbled effect.
Chill until firm and break into about 20 pieces. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 20 pieces.
