Ingredients
Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee
1 oz Appleton rum ( 12 year old )
1 oz Sangsters rum cream
1/2 oz Kahlua
Whipped cream
Shaved chocolate
Rim the glass with lemon or lime and rim with sugar. Add the ingredients and then fill with coffee. Add whipped cream to the top and shaved chocolate.
Garnish with orange slice and a cinamon stick.
A wonderful warm Jamaican inspired coffee for a cold wintery day.
